In May 2010 scholarship payment request forms will be sent to all students. Along with the request form you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the form and a document that anwers some frequently asked questions.

 

Requests will be accepted for the 2010/11 academic school year. You will have the option to disburse funds to your college/university in August, January and June. All requests must be received by July 15, 2010.
